All Vorboss direct contracts start with a 12-month term, followed by a monthly rolling agreement.  

We guarantee your price for the lifetime of the service. No increases, not even for inflation.

In the unlikely event that your Vorboss business internet is ever down for more than four minutes, you will automatically receive at least one day’s worth of service credits. If downtime extends to 24 hours, you will receive two months’ worth of service credits, without having to chase us.

Yes. Every Vorboss customer receives a dedicated fibre connection, not shared with anyone else.

We use cables with over 800 fibres and connect each fibre to one specific customer. Standard fibre networks typically share a single fibre with 16–64 customers.
