General

What is Vorboss?

Vorboss is London’s only dedicated business fibre network.

We are disrupting the status quo by providing ambitious London businesses with direct access to critical fibre infrastructure, with simple, transparent pricing and London-wide coverage.

We provide 10Gbps internet as a minimum, with the capacity to ramp up to 100Gbps.

Is Vorboss available in my area?

The Vorboss fibre network currently covers London Zones 1 and 2. If you’d like to get your business connected, book a consultation with one of our experts.

Our team is happy to make recommendations if your business is outside of this area.

What business internet speeds do you offer?

We were the first provider to standardise on 10Gbps business internet, with off-the-shelf 25Gbps and 100Gbps options, and a 1Gbps entry level if you’re just getting started.

All connections are dedicated and uncontended, delivering symmetrical bandwidth 24/7. As one of the UK’s top peering networks, we guarantee low-latency performance for SMEs and enterprises.

Products

What is 10G Internet?

Our flagship 10Gbps internet product is called 10G Internet, which we provide for £650 per month. We guarantee this price for the lifetime of the contract.

Unlike other ISPs, Vorboss provides 10Gbps as standard. 10Gbps internet speeds are optimal for cloud-based applications, critical backups, and lagless real-time applications.

Our customers can upgrade seamlessly to 100Gbps using the existing Vorboss fibre network when ready.

What is 100G Internet?

Vorboss 100G Internet is London’s first and only off-the-shelf 100Gbps product, which we provide for £2,475 per month. We guarantee this price for the lifetime of the contract.

100Gbps allows the city’s most data-hungry businesses to handle higher traffic volume, greater upload and download speeds, and a smoother integration of AI and other emerging technologies across industries.

We can deliver installations and bandwidth upgrades within days, not months, so new and existing Vorboss customers can ramp up to 100Gbps whenever they’re ready.

Contract

What are your contract terms?

All our direct contracts are initially 12 months and monthly rolling thereafter. We guarantee our prices for the lifetime of the service (we won't even raise the price for inflation), and there are no installation fees.

In the unlikely event that your Vorboss business internet goes down for more than four minutes, you will automatically receive at least one day's worth of service credits. If your internet is down for 24 hours, you will receive the full pay-out of two months' worth of service credits.

We understand that connectivity is mission critical, so if your service goes down, we will apply these credits automatically and sweat the small details so you don't have to. The last thing you want to do is chase your ISP for service credits due, so we have made the process seamless.

Our independence and direct-to-customer model allow us to be the most transparent business fibre provider in a traditionally clouded market. We want customers to be with us because they love the service, not because they are locked in.

Would my business get its own dedicated fibre connection?

Yes, the Vorboss fibre network provides a dedicated fibre connection for each business customer. We use cables with over 800 fibres and connect each fibre to one specific customer. Standard fibre networks typically share a single fibre with 16–64 customers.

Direct Internet Access (DIA) delivers internet connectivity to a specific customer via a direct fibre connection, so there’s no sharing bandwidth or varying speeds.

DIA is location- and business-specific, guaranteeing robust internet connectivity and ensuring customers always get the bandwidth, speeds, and capacity outlined in their Service Level Agreement (SLA).
