Role overview:

We are looking for a Junior / Intermediate Full Stack Developer to contribute to end-to-end delivery of critical features as part of our development team. You’ll work hands-on across React, Node.js,and Python services, focusing on feature delivery, code quality and platform reliability, while learning the ropes of architecture, DevOps practices and network integrations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build & implement scalable features in our React frontend and Node.js / Python backend (FastAPI, Celery)
  • Work on integrations with network devices, IPAM, monitoring platforms, Wi-Fi authentication systems, CRMs and partnered PropTech tools
  • Help to evolve our homegrown DevOps and CI/CD processes by further developing our GitHub Actions pipelines, Terraform definitions and observability integrations.
  • Ensure quality & reliability: write and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests, participating in code reviews to uphold high standards
  • Contribute to our cloud-native platform to optimise performance, security and scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations and customer success to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

The right candidate:

  • 2+ years hands-on as a full stack engineer in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong React skills (hooks, state management, performance).
  • Proficiency with Node.js (Express) and Python (FastAPI, Celery).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure App Services / Functions, GitHubActions and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Some exposure to networking protocols and systems such as SNMP,IPAM, or CLI automation (we’ll teach you the rest!).
  • Comfortable writing and maintaining tests (unit, integration, e2e).
  • You ask questions, share your knowledge and write clear code and documentation.
Nice to have (but not essential)
  • Background in network engineering or close collaboration withnetwork operations teams.
  • Experience with Auth0 (OAuth/OIDC) or similar.
  • Open-source contributions or side projects in related domains.
  • Prior early-stage startup experience.
